Team Update
Our first networking event went better than we could have hoped. We had over 30 health & wellness owners/operators interested in meeting other counterparts in the space to share best practices, and establish referral partner relationships! We couldn’t have done it without Kerri at Pearl Street Fitness for helping us host the event and lead a group workout.
Taylor tried her first class at Traverse with some friends and WOW. The hype around this gym is real. She took a strength class at the brand new Highlands location and an altitude class at the OG Broadway location. Wondering what an altitude class is? It’s a room that artificially changes oxygen levels to train your body to perform better under stress, similar to altitude training…and it’s the only gym in Denver that has it. She’ll definitely be back!
Mitchell has been cruising along on PT with Jen Reed over at Power in Movement PT and swimming (yes, swimming) as much as possible. After months of 1 step forward, 2 steps back on the back pain…things finally seem to be moving in the right direction. Knock on wood, but hopefully just in time for nailing the rest of the 14ers this summer.

Studio Spotlight: Rebound Recovery
Interview with Drew Recchia, Founder
What is Rebound Recovery and how is it different from other recovery products?
Rebound was built for people who choose hard on purpose. It’s a two-step system designed to support athletes and help them keep showing up day after day.
1. ProHeat Cream: Pre-Workout
Designed to wake up cold muscles before training while helping clear lactic acid throughout your workout. More than just a temporary sensation, ProHeat works to prime the body for performance and movement.
2. Elite Recovery Cream: Post-Workout
Our hero product. A natural recovery formula designed to relieve soreness, reduce inflammation, and support muscle repair—without relying on numbing or masking sensations for relief.
Natural ingredients. Real results. Nothing that shortcuts the process. Rebound formulas are built to work with your body, not against it, so you can recover well, train hard, and keep doing the work.
Who is this for?
Our products are designed to protect your ability to keep showing up through natural pain relief, recovery support, and performance-driven formulas that help you keep pushing forward. Whether you’re a weekend warrior, training for your first race, or a professional ultra runner testing the limits of the sport, Rebound is built for people committed to getting better. If you willingly choose discomfort in pursuit of growth, progress, and performance, Rebound is made for you.
What’s your background and how did you get inspired to create your product?
I was an avid freestyle skier in college, and a knee issue was consistently keeping me from pushing my body to the limit. I was doing everything right…or so I thought. I was in PT, strength training, and eating healthy, but my knee was constantly in pain.
Like most people, I turned to generic creams like Icy Hot and Biofreeze for short-term relief and relied on Advil to get through it. None of these were long-term solutions, and through my own research, I found that many of them were actually inhibiting my body’s ability to recover.
So I turned to natural creams, but again, nothing really did the trick. That’s when I decided to make something better.
After two years of research and development, Elite Recovery Cream was born: a natural-based formula with no chemical masking, just real support for your body’s ability to heal. Then, a year later, we introduced ProHeat, a warming cream designed to provide relief while boosting performance.
What’s the best way for people to find you or try a class?
